The parts you are certified for, before they go out to bid.

ITAR, AS9100D, ISO 13485. Four registrations that decide which work you are allowed to bid, and all four live inside one image on your homepage, where no buyer's search can read them. We would put them in front of the people who screen on exactly that.

Who we would put you in front of

In the last twelve months 440 companies in California alone cleared a device for manufacture. Your registrations qualify you for all of them, and most shops bidding against you are qualified for none.

MEDICAL DEVICE

Class II device companies moving a cleared design into production, concentrated in California and the Boston corridor.

Your ISO 13485 and FDA registration are the gate they screen on.

AEROSPACE & DEFENSE

Primes and their tier-two suppliers staffing up a newly funded program.

AS9100D and ITAR are what get a shop onto that supply chain at all.

SEMICONDUCTOR EQUIPMENT

Capital-equipment makers and their subsystem builders, most of them inside an hour of your Santa Clara floor.

Five-axis work in exotics, and a supplier they can drive to.

The signal layer, in outline

Twelve triggers decide who gets written to in a given week. Four of them, in plain language.

Not the full set, and not where any of it comes from. Enough to see what kind of thing fires.

  1. A device just cleared to be builtCleared means it stops being a prototype and starts being manufactured. That is the week a supplier gets chosen.
  2. A recall that traces back to a partThe one moment a manufacturer will replace a supplier in the middle of a programme rather than at the end of one.
  3. A supply chain or operations lead taking the seatNew owners of a supplier list reopen it, and they do it in their first ninety days.
  4. A second line or a second site coming onlineCapacity being added is capacity that has to be sourced from somewhere.

Eight more triggers, unnamed here. We go through all twelve on the call, with the companies each one is firing on this week.

Why this beats a bigger list

The same shop, the same certifications, reached two different ways.

What is not in this document

Three things we found and deliberately did not write down, with the honest reason:

  • The other eight triggers. Including the rule that settles which one wins when three fire on the same company at once.
  • The companies showing one this week. A live list that goes stale in days, so a document is the wrong place for it.
  • Their names, and the opening lines. We do not put real companies or working copy into a file that can be forwarded.

Thirty minutes, and you keep the list either way.

  1. We show you the live list. Real companies, named, with the trigger that surfaced each one this week.
  2. You keep it. Whether or not you work with us. It is yours at the end of the call.
  3. We tell you if it is not a fit. On the call, not three emails later.

We will cover what it costs on the call. It depends on scope, and we would rather quote you accurately than generically.
